       More than twenty-five years of experience in the world of luxury interior design, working with the best internationally recognised brands such as Fendi Casa, Armani/Casa, Trussardi Casa, Minotti and other prestigious manufacturers, provided Maria Ro with the foundation for understanding the exceptional standards of quality, craftsmanship and materials expected by discerning clients. This experience inspired the same uncompromising approach when developing the Maria Ro capsule collection.

       The search for the right manufacturing partner became an essential part of the process and finally led to one of England’s leading specialist silk manufacturers, whose exceptional quality and craftsmanship beautifully ensure that every scarf reflects the beauty of luxurious Silk Twill and the highest standards of British craftsmanship.

       Once the manufacturing partner had been established, every original hand drawing was carefully scanned at the highest possible resolution before being digitally coloured. Each layer, every connection, every line and every colour transition was meticulously refined, with the artwork repeatedly enlarged to ensure complete precision and scrupulous attention to every detail.

       Each hand-drawn design was then digitally printed onto silk, allowing its individual story to be faithfully translated into fabric. Every stage of production was accompanied by rigorous quality control, including repeated colour matching and careful inspection to ensure that every shade and every detail remained true to the original artwork.

       Finally, printed on luxurious Silk Twill with a soft-touch finish, each scarf offers exceptional drape, a distinctive diagonal weave and a rich depth of colour. The twill construction enhances the clarity of the hand-drawn illustrations while providing durability, fluid movement and an elegant matte lustre. Finished with hand-rolled hems, every piece reflects the highest standards of British craftsmanship.
